1. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of receipt by emailing helpdesk@feelgoodhealth.co.za. Include your full name, order number, and photographs of the product or damage. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorisation.
