How to use

Grapefruit Essential Oil

Inhalations: Add 4 - 5 drops of essential oil to a bowl of steaming water. Place a towel over your head, close your eyes and lean over the bowl. Inhale the vapour for a few minutes.
Massage some onto your chest and wrists when a craving strikes.

Please note: Essential Oils should not be taken internally. Not recommended during pregnancy.

EcoSlim

Take 15–20 drops in a little water or juice three times daily.

Caution: Safety during pregnancy or breastfeeding has not been established.

Detox Drop

Take 15 drops in approximately 1/4 glass of water three times daily for 6 weeks. Follow up with a 5-day course every three months or whenever your system feels sluggish and rundown.

NB: Make sure to drink at least 8 glasses of water every day while taking Detox Drops. If you do not drink enough water, you will become dehydrated and your body will not be able to flush out the toxins effectively.

Caution: Fennel and Dandelion should not be used in conjunction with any other diuretic medication such as Lasix or hydrochlorothiazide. Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
