How to use Calm Kids Bath Salts

Add a few tablespoons to the hot water. Turn off bright lights and devices, perhaps play some soothing music. Soak for a minimum of 15-20 minutes for best results.

Caution: Hot soaks should not be used by pregnant or lactating women or anyone suffering from medical conditions, including diabetes. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. Not for infants under 12 months old.
