How to use

100% Homeopathic Sleep Drops 
2 - 3 drops onto baby's tongue 15 minutes before bed. May be repeated after 30 minutes if necessary. Caution: Do not insert the pipette into your baby's mouth.

Sleepy Baby Bath Oil 
Pour a cap full of Sleepy Baby Bath Oil into the bath water while running the bath and swish the water to mix. Note: Do not get water into your baby's eyes or allow water to be swallowed. Keep all products out of reach of children.

Sleepy Baby Massage Oil 
Pour a little oil (pea size) in your hands and rub together. Massage your baby for 5 - 10 minutes with slow, gentle rhythmic movements, avoiding the face, fontanelle and genital areas. You can increase the benefit by massaging after a bath. Tip: One of the most beneficial places to massage are the soles your baby's feet. Use firm, but gentle, slow strokes from heel to toe and watch your baby relax.  Note: Keep all products out of reach of children. Do not apply to irritated skin or if there is a skin rash. 

Sleepy Baby Pillow & Linen Spray 

Spray lightly on baby's bedding just before bedtime. Do not saturate the bedding. Note: Keep all products out of reach of children.
