How to use
Using your essential oils for emotional balance can be a soothing and uplifting experience. Here's how to use Lavender, Ylang-Ylang, Cedarwood, and Frankincense together:
Diffuser:
- Add 2 drops of each essential oil to your diffuser with the recommended amount of water (refer to your diffuser's instructions).
- Run the diffuser in your living space for 30-60 minutes.
- Breathe deeply and enjoy the calming and balancing effects.
Bath:
- Add 2 drops of each essential oil to a carrier oil (like coconut, jojoba, or almond oil) of your choice.
- Add the mixture to a warm bath.
- Soak for at least 20 minutes, breathing deeply to enjoy the aromatherapy benefits.
Topical Application:
You can apply essential oils to your skin, but it’s important to dilute them with a carrier oil to avoid irritation.
