How To Use
Adults: Initially take two MindSoothe capsules three times daily for 4–6 weeks. Thereafter take two capsules in the morning and two at night.
Teenagers (16-18): One capsule in the morning and two at night.
Teenagers (12-15): Initially take one capsule three times daily for 4–6 weeks. Thereafter take one capsule in the morning and one at night.
Significant improvement should be noticed within 3-6 weeks, although some people respond much sooner. Feelgood Health PureCalm may be taken along with MindSoothe during the initial weeks to assist with anxiety and stress.
Caution: Safety in pregnancy has not yet been established. Do not take Mindsoothe together with other anti-depressants. If you suffer from high blood pressure, only use MindSoothe under medical supervision. Do not stop any psychiatric medication without first consulting with your prescribing doctor.
