Feelgood Health Congesto-K Crystals contain a selected blend of therapeutic essential oils and salts, especially chosen to clear congestion in the nose, sinuses and chest and to relax the body before bed. Ingredients: Neroli, Peppermint, Eucalyptus, Chamomile, Salts, Epson Salts, Bicarbonate of Soda. Directions: Sprinkle a handful under hot running water. May be used in the bath or in a vapour bowl placed in the bedroom at night. Good companion products: Congesto-K KiddieRub and Congesto-K Pillow Spritzer. Caution: Safety during pregnancy has not been established.

Natural Kids Congesto-K Kiddie Rub is an aromatherapy chest massage oil for children - This natural combination of pure therapeutic essential oils will help to relieve congestion and clear the airways. Ingredients: Neroli Oil, Eucalyptus Oil, Ginger Oil. Directions: Place bottle in receptacle of hot (not boiling) water to warm. Pour approximately 1/2 teaspoon onto hands and massage slowly and gently onto chest and back, especially before bedtime. Caution: Not recommended for babies under 6 months. May contain traces of nut oil. For external use only.

Ingredients: Eucalyptus Oil, Chamomile Oil and Lavender Oil. Directions: Spray lightly on pillow 5 - 10 minutes before bedtime. May also be used as a space spray and repeated during the night.
